Eligible for Refunds or Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged or defective
The item was misprinted or incorrectly produced
The order was lost in transit
Conditions:
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Please provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue
Once approved:
A replacement will be shipped within 3 business days, or
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
Packages returned due to being unclaimed
Change of mind after purchase (“buyer’s remorse”)
Orders rejected or returned by customs
Orders that have already been processed or prepared for shipment
Products discontinued or out of stock for an extended period
Failed deliveries due to recipient issues (incorrect phone number, refusal to accept the package, unpaid customs fees, etc.)
Requests submitted outside the allowed time frame
Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company — processing time can vary
Contact your bank — there may be additional processing time
